ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 204(b) and 506(i) IPC in crime No. not known of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier a case was registered on 03.04.2015 for the occurrence took place on 28.03.2015 and this petition is filed for the alleged occurrence in the 1st week of March 2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.216 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 204(b) and 506(i) IPC and except the said case, the respondent police has not registered any other case against the petitioner. Further, he submitted that already this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6460 of 2015 for above said case in Crime NO.216 of 2015.

4. Recording the above said submissions, these petitions are dismissed.
