Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.M.P(MD)No.688/2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.18540/2021, dated 31.01.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
