This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry in Na.Ka.No.309/2023/C within a time frame.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Civil Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the second respondent after conducting enquiry passed an order dated 22.02.2023 stating that it is a dispute between the building owner and the tenant and that Section 145 Cr.P.C., is not applicable and therefore, directed the Police to take action in accordance with law. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
