O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to register the case and ensure the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the father of the petitioner, has been registered.

3.Perusal of the records would disclose that there is threat from the petitioner's parents and her relatives.

4. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner, if cognizable offence is made out and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, if necessary.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
