Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the petitioner advance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from the accumulation of employees contribution stood in his E.P.F. Account No.TN/32497/17777 forthwith and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to pay advance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner from the accumulation of the employees contribution, stood in his E.P.F. Account No.TN/32497/17777. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 29.03.2019 before the respondent seeking advance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from employees contribution. Since the same has not been considered so far by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the abovesaid relief.

4.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered on furnishing the necessary documents along with the prescribed Provident Fund Form.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the relevant documents as sought by the respondent/Corporation.

6.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents as sought by the respondent/Corporation along with the prescribed Provident Fund Form to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such documents, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

7.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
