This Court by order dated 24.06.2016 granted anticipatory bail directing to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the copy of the order was made ready on 29.06.2016, however, he has not produced the order copy before this Court for perusal and the present petition is filed on 30.01.2017 with a delay of 5 months.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as a last chance, ten days time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.1,500/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Kanyakumari.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
