After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition styled as a 'Public Interest Litigation' with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
