O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 30.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to conduct "Kodai Vizha" for "Sri Nambi Sastha Temple" situated at Kalvoy Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
