This petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 01.11.2017 and also the letter from the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, vide D.NO.1023 dated 04.08.2018 seeking extension of time and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.A.Banumathi, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:
