ORDER
The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/402/2020, dated 20.02.2021 issued by the first respondent.
2.The primordial contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that in the notice under Section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, issued by the first respondent the date of the report of the Inspector of Police is not indicated and therefore, the said notice should be quashed. 3.A perusal of the notice issued by the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, dated 20.02.2021 clearly shows that all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.3998 of 2021 procedures contemplated under Section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been followed and therefore, I do not see any reason to interfere with the orders passed by the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer.
Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
