[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.01.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.28208 of 2022, this contempt petition is filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the respondent informed this Court that the property in question has been fenced by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and a board has also been erected. A photograph has also been placed before this Court to that effect. 3.In the light of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
