Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is a second anticipatory bail application and the first anticipatory bail application filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.21054 of 2014 was dismissed by this Court on 24/11/2014 by the well considered order.

2.It is seen that the petitioner had sold the property which does not belong to him to the defacto complainant in the year 2008. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent inasmuch as he had acted on the instruction of A2.

4.Be that as it may, it is clear that it was this petitioner, who had executed the impugned sale deed in favour of the defacto complainant and therefore, he cannot plead innocence. 5.In such circumstances , I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
