O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to grant anticipatory bail in 1/3

Crime No. Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the defacto complainant has preferred a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Karur on 28.01.2025 and the same was forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Karur through an Order dated 29.01.2025. Thereafter, the complaint was closed after enquiry. While so, again the defacto complainant lodged an another complaint and the dispute is civil in nature. However, based on the said complaint, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and they frequently called the petitioners for the enquiry. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complaint, they conducted an enquiry. On enquiry, they came to know that there are some money dispute pending between the parties and the enquiry is still pending. They will complete the enquiry within one week. As on date, no F.I.R has been registered as against the petitioners.

4. Since no case has been registered as against the petitioners as on date and the petition enquiry is pending, this Court directs the respondent police to dispose of the petition after conducting an enquiry in accordance with law. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate and so far, no case has been 2/3
