O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on his complaint, dated 03.05.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the bundle as follows:
