This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal programme on 15.06.2019 at 07.00 P.M. to 10.30 P.M. in pursuant to the Kumbabisega festival of Arulmigu Sri Venkatesha Perumal Temple was in Narkalaikottai, Tuticorin District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 15.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 22.05.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
