Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent made in K. No. oo. me. po/ oo/ Thiru/ Madu/ Va.Aa/ Ko.pugarmanu/ A.No 570/20 dated 23.12.2020 and to quash the same in so far as it relates to directing the petitioner to pay the cost and charges for shifting of 11 KV High Tension electrical line running over the petitioner's property situated at Plot No.14A, in S.No 136/8, Tiruppalai, Madurai and consequently directing the respondents to shift the high tension line from petitioner's plot into a safety distance without insisting any payment for shifting the electrical line.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order, dated 23.12.2020 passed by the third respondent and consequently directing the respondents to shift the High Tension Line from petitioner's plot into a safe distance without insisting on any payment for shifting the electrical line.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has sought to shift the electricity pole from his plot. Pending Writ Petition, the work is completed. The claim of the petitioner has already granted by the respondents. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
