ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner wants separate patta for the petition mentioned lands.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the petitioner is relying on partition entered into between him and one Raman. He would state that apart from these two, there is another claimant by name Chinnasamy.
4.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
