O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to invoke the necessary penal provisions and file a final report in Crime NO. 07 of 2011 pending on the file of the second respondent Police Station within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that original offence for which the case has been registered, was altered into major offence under Section 306 IPC.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
