This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give permission and adequate police protection for conducting Adal Padal Dance Programme scheduled to be held on 09.06.2019 in the eve of Arulmighu Sri Madurai Veeran Temple, Vaikasi Pongal Festival of Akkaraipatti Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 09.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
01.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
