This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.308 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.308 of 2013, the case was ended in acquittal on 19.01.2016. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
