ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.341 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute, the accused has attacked the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the de-facto complainant has been residing away from the matrimonial house for the past 1-1/2 years and on the date of occurrence, she came to the house of the petitioner and picked up quarrel with the accused and even as per the prosecution, the first accused, husband of the de-facto complainant is said to have attacked the de-facto complainant with cricket bat. 4.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the injured still in hospital.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Additional Mahila Court, (Judicial Magistrate), Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
