Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to cause enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.02.2020 and proceed with the same in accordance with law within the time stipulation as expeditious as possible as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to cause enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.02.2020. Though this Writ Petition is not entertainable, it is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed.

2.In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
