ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Aa1/Oo.C.U.107/2014 (M1/Crpc.107/2014) dated 21.03.2014 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Thoothukudi.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
