ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A7 and A8 in Crime No.107 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 30.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147 and 148 of I.P.C., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that in protest against the Government, the accused in this case have pelted stones on the wind screen of the bus causing damaged to the tune of Rs.8,000/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to deposit each Rs.1,000/- to the credit of Crime No.107 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each
of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioners are directed to deposit Rs.1,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.107 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Ettayapuram and appear before the Ettayapuram Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
