ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.77 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 16.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii) (B) of NDPS Act, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 2 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in Judicial custody from 16.03.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the

satisfaction of the Additional District Judge for Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
