This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to temple festival of Poovali, N.Nedunkulam and Oothikulam Villagers to conduct Valli Thirumanam Drama and Annathanam function to be held on 03.08.2019 or any other alternative day in the month of Adi, in Arulmigu Sri Muthaiyah, Sri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nondi Samayanan Swamy Kovil Temple is situated at Oothikulam Village in S.No.188/2, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District in accordance with law.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Valli Thirumanam Drama and Annathanam on 03.08.2019 or any other alternative day in the month of Adi in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 04.05.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
