ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.1,3 & 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 323, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.259 of 2016 and seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that 6 persons were injured and all the injured persons were taking treatment.
3.The case was posted on 04.07.2016 on that day there was no representation for the petitioners and the case was adjourned to 05.07.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
