2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as costs to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 13.05.2022.
