Prayer in Crl.RC(MD)No.883 of 2021:- Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w. Section 401 Cr.P.C., to set aside the condition No.1 imposed by order dated 20.11.2021 made in Crl.MP(MD) No.5047 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari and allow the Criminal Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.S.Ramakrishna Dass, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking second modification of the condition issued by this Court. 2.Originally, the petitioner's vehicle was ordered to return to the petitioner, on certain conditions, as per the order of learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari in Crl.M.P.No.5047 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD)No.3530 of 2022 dated 20.11.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a modification petition before this Court and this Court, in its Order dated 08.12.2021, modified the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs), with two solvent sureties, each for a like sum, instead of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs). Again, this petitioner filed this petition, seeking for further modification.

3.In view of the above, this Court finds no merits in the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
