ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.
7, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 452, 307, 302 IPC and Section 3(1)( of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.394 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.06.2016, due to previous enmity, the accused persons broke open the door and trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant and attacked the de facto complainant, her husband and son and due to the attack made by the accused, her husband and son sustained grievous injuries and her husband died on the spot. On complaint case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that all the other accused were already arrested and still in judicial custody.
