Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to expedite the proceedings on the basis of the second respondent's proceedings in foj vz;. 19964/rp4/2014-2 dated 05.02.2018, to revise the petitioner's salary as per his seniority and consequently direct the second respondent to grant pension as per revised scale of pay from 02.02.2011 and to pay 18% interest for the delay of payment on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2019.

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the pay anomaly raised on par with his juniors is yet to be decided by the second respondent.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner submitted several representations stating that the juniors are getting more pay and therefore, his pay also is to be stepped up on par with his juniors. The first respondent has not taken any action, despite the fact that the second respondent has forwarded the representation to the first respondent. Thus, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.12.2018, and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to submit the copy of the representation and the relevant documents along with the order passed in this Writ Petition.
