O R D E R

The petitioner is shown as an accused in Crime No.61 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w. Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that the petitioner is having two previous cases and they are petty in nature.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4242 of 2020 case, the petitioner can be directed to surrender before the Special Court on (*)27.03.2020 and apply for bail. The petitioner shall send an intimation to the defacto complainant about the proposal to surrender. The second respondent is also directed to intimate the defacto complainant about the same. After the petitioner surrenders and applies for bail, the learned Special Judge shall consider the bail petition and dispose it of on the same day of surrender. 4.With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
