ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Priyadharshini, aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2.According to the petitioner, his daughter, who completed B.Sc. degree, was working in a private garments company at Tirupur. On 09.11.2018 the detenue along with the petitioner were returning to native place. While they were at Thanjavur bus stand, the detenue was found missing. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 11.11.2018 before the second respondent. Based on such complaint, a case in Crime No.507 of 2018 has been registered. Thereafter, as no steps have been taken to trace the detenue, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue and her parents are present before this Court. When we enquired,
she stated that on her own volition, she has gone to Tirupur and also expressed her willingness to go along with her parents. 4.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
