Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2022 in approving the persons in the 4th and 5th respondents college, who are in violation of the G.O.Ms.No.91 Higher Education (K2) Department, dated 03.04.2009 of the first respondent Department and to regularize the service of the petitioner in the fourth respondent college.
