The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 06.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on a complaint lodged by one Saravanan, against the petitioner herein, a case, in Crime No.30 of 2016, has been registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C., and the petitioner herein has also got anticipatory bail from this Court. Saravanan, which does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondent Police to register a case. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
