No. 2532 of 2022, Dated. 07.02.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Cout modified to appeare before the police station in and around Nazareth, Thoothukudi.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVAKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2532/2022, dated 07.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and seeks modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday (28.03.2022, 04.04.2022 and 11.04.2022), until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
