PRAYER :- To amend the learned Additional Mahila Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram which was wrongly mentioned the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ramanathapuram in the anticipatory Bail Petition Crl.OP(MD)No.3165 of 2020 filed on 21.02.2020. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2.The learned counsel submits that the subject matter is dealt by the learned Additional Mahila Court, Magisterial Level, Ramanathapuram, but inadvertently, in the anticipatory bail petition, he has wrongly mentioned as learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. Hence, seeks for amendment in the order copy. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that though the Additional Mahila Court has been constituted, there is no Presiding Officer and since it is the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.2455 of 2020 learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, who is in-charge of the case and dealing the matter, so there is no necessity for amendment. 4.Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram shall receive the sureties and check the sureties, as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3165 of 2020, dated 21.02.2020.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
