For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.39 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- It is a case and counter case where two groups attacked each other with weapons. The petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323,324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and the defacto complainant in this case is one o the accused in counter case.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that due to long standing dispute between two groups under Muthu kumar and Alageswaran on 23.02.2020 there was a armed clash between two groups. In the said clash three persons sustained injuries on each side and a case has been registered by the respondent police in Crime Nos. 38 of 2020 and 39 of 2020.

CRL OP(MD). No.4206 of 2020 3.Considering the nature of offence and the conduct of the petitioners that they have taken law into their hands and also taking note of the fact that the injuries sustained only recently discharged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
