ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. Since the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by surrendering himself before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, this Court is not inclined to extend time. Further, more one of the petitioner who has failed to surrender before the Magistrate has been murdered on 25.01.2020 by rival group.

3. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
