ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register an F.I.R on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.12.2014 and file a final report within a time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.39 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and Section 506(ii) of I.P.C.
