This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the Petitioner by name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that neither petition enquiry nor FIR is pending against the petitioner and hence, there is no harassment to the petitioner. He would further submit that presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.

4. It is further submitted that the petitioner alone gave a complaint to the respondent police.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However,

the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police whenever the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police on the complaint given by the petitioner.
