RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl. M. P. (MD) No. 2062/2018 in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO.2223/2018 dated 16.03.2018 for enabling the Petitioner to comply the condition set forth in the same.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2062 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2223 of 2018, dated 16.03.2018.
2.This Court, by order dated 13.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No. 2223 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and
directed him to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, earlier, he filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2062 of 2018 for extension of time. This Court, vide order dated 16.03.2018, granted two weeks time to comply with the order dated 13.02.2018. Due to jaundice, the petitioner did not comply with the said order. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.Heard both sides.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 13.02.2018, is extended till 24.04.2018. sd/- 10/04/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
