ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same date of his surrender. 2.A perusal of the First Information Report in Crime No.1465 of 2020 reveals that apart from the offences punishable under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the petitioner was also charged for offence punishable under Section 302 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3938 of 2021 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, I do not see any reason to allow this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
