ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

2.The petitioners appeared to have obtained a sum of Rs.15.00 Lakhs from one Angamuthu. As per the materials no placed before this Court, a sum of Rs.8.00 lakhs was already returned. The petitioners have given undertaking before the respondent police that the balance amount of Rs.07.70 lakhs would be returned before the end of September, 2018. The letters of undertaking given by the petitioners will form the part of record.

3.Since the settlement appeared to have been settled in part, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this petition can be closed. If the petitioners will not honour the undertaking given before the respondent, it is open to the

respondent to register a case against the petitioners thereafter. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
