This petition is filed to quash the Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, EOW, Dindigul.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the investigation in the said crime number, final report was filed in C.C.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Madurai. Thereafter, the petitioner had challenged the final report and filed a criminal original petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1858 of 2021 before this Court and the same was dismissed by order dated 04.10.2021.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition and hence, the same is dismissed. 13.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Ns 2/4
