ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusal the Letter D.No.1299/2022 dated 21/11/2022 from Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur (FAC), this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.70 of 2021. 2.This Court already allowed the Criminal Revision Case by order dated 06.04.2022 and directed the trial Court to complete the trial in S.C.No.70 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Sessions Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL RC(MD). No.264 of 2022 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the case in S.C.No.70 of 2021 and the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thanjavur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
