This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents herein to provide police protection, to survey the land in Survey No. 472/12 to the extent of 10 cents, situated at Thiruvathavur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the representation dated 18.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the said property and he decided to survey the land for which, he approached the revenue authorities and thereafter, he sent a representation, dated 18.02.2025, to the respondents. But the same was not considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondents have received the petitioner's representation and the same is under consideration. They will complete the enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of one 2/4

week, in accordance with law.
