The petitioner alleges intervention by the second respondent in a civil dispute between him and the private respondents herein. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that Crime No.53 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner at the instance of the fifth respondent for the offences under Section 294(b) of I.P.C. It is a bailable offence.
