ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that eventhough he had prayed that he should be permitted to hold the event till 11.00 p.m., he would windup the Aadal Padal event by 10.00 p.m.

2.Recording the said undertaking, the second respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to hold the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ mentioned event. It is open to the second respondent to

incorporate such condition as he deems fit to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
