ORDER
This petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.05 of 2016 dated 28.03.2016, on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police conducted the investigation and filed final report before the concerned Court on 28.06.2016 and he further submitted that nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
